Why a route beats one-offs
Nobody has to manage it.
Booking fleet vehicles individually means somebody is tracking which truck was done when, chasing availability, and approving each job. That admin costs more than the detailing does.
A standing route removes it. Same day each cycle, same vehicles, an agreed rate. Vehicles that get cleaned on a rhythm also cost less to clean, a truck maintained monthly is a fraction of the work of one rescued twice a year, which is where the per-account pricing comes from.
For reference, a one-off Complete Detail on an SUV is $350. Fleet rates land below that per vehicle, and further below as the count goes up.
