Mission cars have their own problems.
Mission has a lot of apartments, duplexes, and smaller lots around Johnson Drive, and that means more of the cars here live in a shared lot or on the street rather than a private driveway. It's the single most common reason people assume mobile detailing won't work for them, and it's almost always wrong.
The power, the products and the equipment all come with me. I don't need your outlet or a garage, and a regular parking space with room to open the doors is enough. If the job needs water I'll sort that out with you when we book.
Street-parked cars in Mission also take a harder beating than garage-kept ones: more tree drop, more winter salt spray from Johnson Drive and Shawnee Mission Parkway, more of everything. A maintenance rhythm matters more here than in the neighborhoods where cars sleep inside.

I live in an apartment. Can you still detail my car?
Yes. I bring my own power and equipment, so a normal parking space works, and if the job needs water I'll check with you first. The only thing worth checking is whether your property manager has a rule about it, most don't, and the ones that do usually just want to know in advance.
Do you need access to an outdoor tap?
No. Nothing I do relies on anything at your building. That's the whole point of the setup.
