Privacy Policy

Rhett's Auto LLC runs a small mobile detailing business. We collect what we need to schedule your service and get paid, and nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, phone number, email, service address or ZIP, vehicle details, and the services you selected, from the booking and fleet forms on this site.
• Your build. The services you tick are saved in your own browser's local storage so your estimate survives moving between pages. It stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit a form.
• Payment details. Handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we do not store them.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, no cross-site profiling.
• No selling, renting, or trading your information.
• No marketing texts of any kind. No marketing emails unless you asked for them, and if you did, every message includes a way out and we honor it.

Text messages

If you check the box at checkout to receive a text confirmation, we'll send you one automated text confirming that booking: the date and time, services, total, and a reference number. This is entirely optional -- leaving it unchecked does not stop you from booking. It is a one-time, transactional message per booking; we do not send reminder texts, marketing texts, or any other recurring messages. Message frequency: one message per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share or sell your mobile number, or any record of your consent to receive texts, to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the business: our website host, form handler, scheduling tool, payment processor, and accounting software. Each sees only what its job requires, and none are permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and service records are kept as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting obligations. Inquiries that never become bookings are cleared out once they're plainly stale.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, and we will, subject to records we're legally required to retain. Clearing your browser's site data removes any saved build from your device.
